It seems that Capcom could have mocked that an announcement related to the DLC for Resident Evil Village could arrive later today. Specifically, PlayStation will perform a new State of Play transmission later this afternoon that is said to focus on the games of Japanese video game publishers. And although it has not been confirmed that Capcom has nothing to share during this State of Play presentation, a new tweet of the official account of Resident Evil on Twitter has made some fans raise their eyebrows.
At midday today, Resident Evil's Twitter account published a new tuity apparently without reason that he presented Lady Dimitrescu, who is one of the villains of resident evil Village. The Tuit in question contained legend: "A rat can not run away from the dragon's claws!" and nothing more. As such, there was no direct indication of the Capcom that this Tweet could be associated with a mockery for RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE DLC, but the message led many fans in the answers to infer that soon a disclosure of some kind will be produced.
Capcom announced at E3 2021 that was in the early stages of work in DLC for RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE. However, from that moment, the study has not shared anything at all about the release date of this DLC or what could involve. Assuming that this Tweet is associated in any way with the next additional content, it seems to suggest that Lady Dimitrescu will return in some way. Given the popular that this character was when RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE released last year, it would not be surprising at all to see Dimitrescu associated with the DLC. It remains to be seen if such an announcement will end or not during State of Play this afternoon, but we will keep it informed here at comicbook.com if there is something remarkable to share.
