Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) is an RPG video game series, based on an earlier comic book series, as well as with a succeeding brand-new comic book series, all based upon the fictional cosmos of Star Wars by George Lucas. The first and 3rd computer game installations were created by BioWare, while the second was done by Obsidian Entertainment per LucasArts demand. All were released by LucasArts.
