Who is allowed to participate? Apparently, the codes were randomly distributed by EA. However, only to players * inside with a verified EA account. In addition, you should set for betas that the publisher may contact you by e-mail if there are news about events and actions.
Information from the first beta
Even if you are not one of the lucky participants in the beta, the upcoming test phase could provide you at least new insights into FIFA 22. So it previously behaved with the first beta, which was held around June. For example, the file size of the football simulatone was jellact: On the PS5, the new FIFA 39 GB needs on your SSD. Certainly this number is not, and it will probably deviate on other systems.
Gameplay Changes: Another Leak gives us an insight into the new game mechanics. On the one hand, you now have a third way to change the players controlled by you. For this you press the right analog stick down, and three players are marked. Now press the stick in the direction of the desired footballer. This should be significantly more precise than the previous methods (R1 or right stick).
On the other hand, the underestimated pressing with a second man was made harder. You can only attack a Ki-controlled player for a few seconds, then he goes back to his position game. This is signaled by a green arrow.
This is otherwise new in FIFA 22:
- FIFA 22: First gameplay clips show us the effects of hypermotion on the field
- FIFA 22 Pro Clubs: You can soon create women and participate in mixed lots
- FIFA 22 Let's finally create your own club in the career mode
- FIFA 22 Furnaces singleplayer career mode, among other things with changing room scenes
Next gene only on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S
Some innovations will also create it in the load gene version of FIFA 22 for PS4, Xbox One and PC, but other than hypermotion is not. If you do not yet get stating PS5 or Xbox Series X / S, FIFA 22 will want to gamble for the launch, the situation is a little tricky.
Last year, it was still easily possible, but with FIFA 22 you can not easily upgrade from the load-gene to the Current Gen version. EA has come up with something very special here: if you absolutely want to upgrade, you have to buy the Ultimate Edition for around 100 euros. FIFA 22 will be released on October 1st.
What are you hoping for from FIFA 22?
